What Your Day Will Look Like

  •  Supervise and mentor a team of 2–5 Operations Center Associates
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing mail, package handling, and document processing workflows
  • Ensure timely and accurate sorting, scanning, distribution, and archiving of physical and digital correspondence
  • Manage supply inventory and equipment maintenance (e.g., postage meter, scanners)
  • Establish and enforce procedures for quality control and accuracy in document handling
  • Identify and implement process efficiencies and logistics improvements
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand and support evolving mail/document needs
  • Track metrics and maintain records for audit, compliance, and reporting purposes
  • Ensure team coverage, scheduling, and workload distribution based on business needs

What You Bring
  • Proven experience managing operational teams, ideally in a mailroom, logistics, or administrative support function
  • Strong organizational and logistical thinking skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume environments
  • Proficiency with office technology and systems (e.g., postage meter machines, scanners, Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple workflows under tight deadlines
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education a plus
  • Good communication and literacy skills
