Processing Center Lead

What Your Day Will Look Like
- Supervise and mentor a team of 2–5 Operations Center Associates
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing mail, package handling, and document processing workflows
- Ensure timely and accurate sorting, scanning, distribution, and archiving of physical and digital correspondence
- Manage supply inventory and equipment maintenance (e.g., postage meter, scanners)
- Establish and enforce procedures for quality control and accuracy in document handling
- Identify and implement process efficiencies and logistics improvements
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand and support evolving mail/document needs
- Track metrics and maintain records for audit, compliance, and reporting purposes
- Ensure team coverage, scheduling, and workload distribution based on business needs
What You Bring
- Proven experience managing operational teams, ideally in a mailroom, logistics, or administrative support function
- Strong organizational and logistical thinking skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with office technology and systems (e.g., postage meter machines, scanners, Microsoft Office)
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple workflows under tight deadlines
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education a plus
- Good communication and literacy skills
