What We Seek
At Merit, the Administrative Assistant/Office Manager is the go-to person for ensuring the office runs smoothly and leadership is fully supported. This means your role will involve managing activities such as managing incoming calls, office operations, event coordination, vendor management, assisting with onboarding, and internal communication support.

What Your Day Will Look Like
  • Coordinate all aspects of in office client meetings and events
  • Provide data entry and calendar coordination (if needed)
  • Review and respond to correspondence and draft appropriate responses for the executive team and CEO
  • Manage expenses and prepare reports with receipts and other forms of documentation
  • General administrative support and other duties as assigned
  • Office management for our Dallas headquarters
  • Answering front desk calls and coordinating with corresponding offices
